Terms and Conditions

Article 1 - Purpose

These Terms of Service govern all sales of products made on the KUROFUDA website (https://kurofuda.com), operated by KUROFUDA, a brand of Be-cle Inc.

Any order placed on the website implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms of Service.

Article 2 - Products

KUROFUDA offers premium embroidered apparel for sale, including T-shirts featuring designs inspired by traditional Japanese art and spiritual symbols. The photographs and descriptions illustrating the products are as accurate as possible but cannot guarantee a perfect resemblance with the product received, particularly regarding colors, which may vary slightly depending on your screen settings.

Article 3 - Prices

Prices are indicated in euros, inclusive of all taxes. Shipping costs are indicated separately before order confirmation. KUROFUDA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time; products are invoiced at the price in effect at the time of order confirmation.

Article 4 - Orders

The customer places an order on the KUROFUDA website (https://kurofuda.com) by following the online ordering process. Order confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms of Service and conclusion of the sales contract. A confirmation email is sent to the customer summarizing the order details.

Article 5 - Payment

Payment is due in full at the time of the order. The customer may pay by credit card or any other payment method offered on the website. Transactions are secured by our payment provider.

Article 6 - Delivery

Products are shipped from Japan to the address provided by the customer at the time of the order. Delivery times are provided as estimates only. For more details, please see our Shipping Policy.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the customer has 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise the right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason. To exercise this right, please see our Refund Policy.

Article 8 - Legal Guarantees

All products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and the guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

Article 9 - Liability

KUROFUDA shall not be held liable for non-performance of the contract in the event of force majeure, disruption or total or partial strike of postal services and transportation, or in the event of flood or fire.

Article 10 - Personal Data

Personal information collected during the order process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Article 11 - Applicable Law

These Terms of Service are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and after an attempt at amicable resolution, the French courts shall have sole jurisdiction.
