Return and Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have 14 days from the receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalties.

Return Conditions

To be accepted, the return must meet the following conditions:

The product must be returned in its original packaging, unopened and in perfect condition
The product must not have been used, damaged, or altered
The return request must be made within the 14-day period

Return Procedure

To make a return:

Contact us at info@kurofuda.com, providing your order number and the reason for the return
We will send you return instructions
Carefully package the product in its original packaging
Ship the package to the address provided

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

Refund

The refund will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned product, via the same payment method used for the original order. Initial shipping costs will be refunded if the entire order is returned.

Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective product or one damaged during shipping, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@kurofuda.com with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange an exchange or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

Exclusions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to products unsealed after delivery that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons, in accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code.
